DELIVERY - PICK UP - RETURNS

Contactless Pick Up 

Need your order fast? We offer contactless pick up at our home studio in Stittsville, ON. 

 

Once your order is ready, we will message you to arrange a day and time that works best for pick up.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery within a 30km radius of our studio in Stittsville, ON. Local delivery is available at a flat rate of $5, or free for orders $75 or more.

 

At checkout, when you enter your mailing address and postal code, an option for local delivery will be available - ( if you are within a 30km radius)

 

We will text or email you the day we will be delivering your order and will message you once it's been dropped off at your doorstep. Arranged delivery day maybe rescheduled based on weather conditions.

 

If you are located inside an apartment or condo building, please leave a buzzcode or specific instructions for us at checkout.  We will meet you outside of the building or leave it in the building lobby.

Canada Wide Shipping 

Complimentary shipping within Canada on orders $125+. For orders under $125 shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.  All orders will ship out within 2-4 days from our studio in Ottawa. You will be notified once your order ships.  

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable

We are not responsible for any duty or additional charges on international orders. 

If you enter your shipping information incorrectly and the items are returned to us you are eligible for a refund on the candles in the order. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

 

Refunds & Exchanges

Receive a full refund or exchange within 30 days of an unused candle with proof of purchase. If 30 days has gone by since your purchase, no proof of purchase and/or the product has been used, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange. We will exchange candles that are defective or damaged upon arrival if we receive a photo within 4 days of arrival to hello@northernrose.ca

Candles purchased online may be returned to us via the shipping expense of the client.  The return will be issued to the card used to purchase the candle once we receive the item. 

You will receive an email once we have received & inspected your returned item.  You will be notified if the refund will be approved or rejected. If your refund is approved the funds will be put back on your original form of payment within 3-5 business days. Shipping costs are non refundable. 

Sale & custom items are final and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.
